A CENTRAL APP FOR AUTHORIZATIONS

The new BBBank-SecureGo+ App is the central authorization and security application for authentications and authorizations for all digital channels.

DIRECT AUTHORIZATION INSTEAD OF TAN

For transactions with credit cards and in online banking or in the new banking app, no TANs need to be entered anymore. Payments are confirmed in no time using convenient direct authorization. Quickly reach your goal with just a few clicks.

For payments via banking software (FinTS) or with existing online banking applications (via the internet browser), a TAN may be displayed, which needs to be entered as usual.

USER-FRIENDLINESS AND DESIGN

Our goal is to create a consistent user experience across all channels. The BBBank-SecureGo+ App follows the same design as the new online banking. A consistent and recurring design promotes intuitive operation.

HIGH SECURITY STANDARD

To ensure a high level of security, all communication is encrypted. Executing transactions is secured with your self-selected authorization code or using Touch ID/Face ID.

USE UP TO THREE DEVICES SIMULTANEOUSLY FOR AUTHORIZATIONS

Through device management, you can independently register up to three devices (for banking). Once BBBank-SecureGo+ is activated on the devices, you can authorize transactions on each active device.

AND HOW TO GET YOUR APP "BBBank-SecureGo+" READY IN JUST A FEW STEPS:

Activation of banking functions:
<ol>
<li>Download the "BBBank-SecureGo+" app and set an individual "Authorization Code". This "Authorization Code" will be used for future authorization of all payment orders. Remember your Authorization Code well. If you forget it, the app will need to be reset and completely reconfigured.</li>
<li>Visit the new online banking of BBBank at www.bbbank.de/services_cloud/portal or via www.bbbank.de/banking2021 and click on “Privacy & Security” -> “Security procedures” -> “SecureGo plus”. Now add a new device with an existing authentication method. In the next step, a QR code will be displayed to you.</li>
<li>Select the function in the app "Activate bank connection for online banking" and scan the QR code displayed (in online banking). Finally, confirm the setup. The activation of the "BBBank-SecureGo+" app is now complete and ready for use.</li>
</ol>

For credit card payments, please follow these steps:
<ol>
<li>Request your activation code via https://www.bbbank.de/products/accounts-and-cards/card/3d-secure.html</li>
<li>If you have applied for a new Mastercard® or Visa card (debit card or credit card), your personal activation code will be sent automatically to your electronic mailbox or by mail.</li>
<li>Then, go back to the above-mentioned website and enter your card number and the activation code provided.</li>
<li>Next, launch the app, set your personal Authorization Code and enter the new "Credit Card Identifier" displayed in the app on the aforementioned website.</li>
<lI>Finally, please confirm the registration with the TAN that you will immediately receive as a message.</li>
</ol>
